VINEYARD AND VINIFICATION:

LOCATION
Vineyards located in Ontur (Albacete) with an altitude of 750 meters above sea level.

WEATHER
The climate is of a dry continental type, softened by the Mediterranean, with very hot summers that can reach 39ºC, and cold winters, with temperatures down to -10ºC on the coldest days of winter. The average temperature is approximately 15ºC. Precipitation is scarce and is concentrated in spring and autumn.

FLOOR
Calcareous and stony soil with low yields. Winemaking Manual harvest making the first grape selection in the vineyard. Traditional open tank vinification, with pre-fermentation maceration.
